Keto Breakfast Recipes
Breakfast is considered to be the most important meal of the day, and if you are doing a keto diet, then it’s really important for you to eat healthy and filling breakfast so that if you are planning to do intermittent fasting, then you can only survive that if you have made a good breakfast.Therefore, I am going to share a few Keto breakfast recipes, which you can have while doing keto diet:
Bullet Proof Coffee:
Freshly brewed hot coffee 1 cup
Unsalted butter 2 tbsp.
MCT oil or Coconut oil 1 tbsp.
Put all the ingredients in the blender, blend until frothy, and pour it in a cup and its ready.
Keto Breakfast Recipes: BLT with Cloud bread:
Its gluten-free, grain-free, it’s filling, keeps you going the whole day and you are going to love it.
Ingredients: (Cloud Bread)
4 ½ oz. Cream cheese
½ tbsp. ground psyllium Husk powder
½ tsp Baking soda
¼ tsp cream of tartar (optional)
Preheat oven to 300F
Put egg yolks and egg whites in separate bowls
Whip egg whites and cream of tartar with a hand mixer until stiff.
Mix cream cheese, psyllium seed husk and baking powder to egg yolks.
Now combine egg whites with egg yolk and gently fold them.
Put 8 cloud bread pieces on a baking tray
Bake for 25 minutes, until they turn golden.
8 tbsp. mayonnaise
5 oz. bacon
2 oz. lettuce
1 tomato, thinly sliced
Fresh basil (optional)
Fry the bacon in a frying pan until crisp on medium-high heat.
Place the cloud bread.
Spread mayonnaise on all the bread.
Now place lettuce on the bread, then tomato, some chopped basil, and lastly bacon.

5 oz. of bacon in slices
Cherry tomatoes (optional)
Fresh parsley (optional)
Fry the bacon in a skillet on medium-high heat until crispy and let the bacon grease in the pan.
Fry the eggs into the bacon grease.
Cut the cherry tomatoes and fry them.
Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.
Pancakes with berries & whipped cream:
Pancakes are my kind of breakfast, and these berries toppings make it perfect.
7 oz. cottage cheese
1 tbsp. ground psyllium husk powder
2 oz. butter or coconut oil
Mix all the ingredients except butter and let it sit for 5-10 minutes.
Heat oil or butter in a pan. And fry them for 3-4 minutes on each side; make sure that they do not get too big.
Whip the whipping cream in a separate bowl until fluffy.
Serve the pancakes with whipping cream and fresh raspberries or strawberries.
Low- carb banana waffle:
Banana waffle is a perfect and complete meal, that is sweet, dairy-free and low-carb.
1 ripe banana
¾ cup almond flour
1 ground psyllium husk powder
¾-cup coconut milk
1 pinch salt
½ vanilla extract
1 tsp ground cinnamon
Coconut oil or butter
1 tsp baking powder
Mix all the ingredients and let it set for a few minutes.
Fry it in a pan with oil or butter, or make it in a waffle maker.
Serve it with hazelnut spread topping or whipped cream and berries.
Mexican scrambled egg:
Another egg recipe because why not?
2 pickled jalapenos, finely chopped
1 tomato, finely chopped
3 oz. shredded cheese
2 tbsp. butter
Salt and pepper as per taste
Chop all the vegetables and jalapeno and then fry it in butter for 3 minutes on medium heat.
Whisk the eggs and then cook it by scrabbling for 2 minutes add cheese and seasoning in the end.
